1. YOU’RE SOON GOING TO SEE
Here’s the question heard all through the land,
“What’s gone wrong with the leaders of man?”
They’ve rejected His truth worship pleasure and youth,
Lust and greed are now guiding their hand.

All deceivers and scoffers beware,
To the doubters and cynics take care
For the lamb will be back to make war and attack
All the evil and wickedness here.

Chorus: Praise his name, praise his name
Stand up and Yahweh’s Saviour proclaim
Praise his name, praise his name
Yahweh’s truth and His word never change

Are you frightened as you look around
Only turmoil and trouble abound?
What’s a person to do if he’s reaching for you?
Though you’re lost you now can be found.

“Things continue as they were the first day,
Nothing ever will change” so they say.
“And His promise to you it is long overdue.”
Then they laugh and carry on their way.

Beloved do not ignore this one fact
As to His promise Yahweh’s never slack.
Like a thief in the night He’ll put kingdoms to flight
For you then there’ll be no turning back.

Chorus

Why not wait for you’re soon going to see,
Keep the faith and you’re soon sure to see,
He’s returning one day so be patient and pray
For I know he’ll be coming for me.

Praise his name, praise his name
Stand up and Yahweh’s Saviour proclaim
Praise his name, praise his name
For Yahshua is ever the same
……………………………………………………………
(Scoffers) saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? For
since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were
from the beginning of creation.” Yahweh is not slack
concerning His promise, as some count slackness. (2Pe 3:4 & 9)

2. LOOKING BACK AT MEMORIES

When the morning brings the sunshine
And the dew is off the Black Pine
Then a warm breeze whispers in my ears
That is when my mind starts falling

Back to where the past keeps calling
Looking back at memories through the years

On the front porch Grandma rocking,
Mom and Dad sit with her talking
Lady lay beside them on the floor
My best friend running up our long lane,
Playing in the summer’s warm rain
Heading for a day along the shore

Sliding down the highest snow bank
Building a raft that soon then sank
Mother always wiped away our tears
Going to someone’s fancy wedding,
Something we were always dreading
Looking back at memories through the years

Skating on a sunny, cold day,
Riding on a load of new hay
Waiting for the school bus by the road
Racking berries in the hot sun,
Writing exams that was no fun
Rows of turnips waiting to be hoed

Around the bonfire telling stories,
Fiction, truth and allegories
Papa always playing on our fears
Walking with my one and only
With these thoughts I’m never lonely
Looking back at memories through the years

Hard times were to be expected
We were all someway affected
But it never kept us down for long
Cutting firewood for those cold nights,
Mom yelling to turn out the lights
Singing all our favorite gospel songs

Everyone at Grandpa’s passing
Eating, talking, weeping, laughing
Oh how I now wish that he was here
Farewells ending with embraces,
A glimpse of old familiar faces
Looking back at memories through the years

It seems to be just yesterday
Although I know they’re far away
And they’re not always as they do appear
Everyday we make a new one
And thank Yahweh for what He’s done
Looking back at memories through the years
…I’ve been looking back at memories through the years.
……………………………………………..
The memory of the just is blessed (Pr 10:7).

3. SHOWERS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
Can’t you feel it as you’re moving through the flame?
Don’t you sense all of the power in his name?
Won’t you reach out for a chance to be rooted in the Branch?
Are you not one of the ones for whom he came?

Chorus: Just let you heart warm to the flow
Oh take your time bask in the glow
He wouldn’t leave you now He’ll stay and watch you grow

There’s a drought of common sense in every state
Mostly kings and presidents now sponsor hate
Don’t let it bother you too much to see the judges all out of touch
Because the king and judge of all we do await

Yahweh is hiding all this from the wise
As His chosen babe He’s opened up your eyes
Now rejoice and thank Him for all of His grace and even more
As righteousness and mercy pour down from the skies

Chorus
…………………………………………………………………..…
It is time to seek Yahweh, till he comes and rains righteousness upon you.

Let the skies pour down righteousness; Let the earth open, let them bring

forth salvation. (Hos 10:12, Isa 45:8).

4. MISPLACED TRUST?
Now peace and kindness, we all should know this
Begin by lending a helping hand.
Yahweh has blessed us, is it misplaced trust
For why did we not help this young man?

I live along side the river that cries
We all depend on this fertile ground.
Last month the rains came now nothing remains,
We helplessly watched it taken down.

Someone once told me that where they live free
The children have whatever they need.
I don’t think that’s true ’cause they would have to
Out of compassion help intercede.

The baby’s crying, my mother’s lying
Beside the table against the door.
She begins humming, says Papa’s coming
Although he passed on the year before.

My hunger’s gone now we’ll get by somehow,
So I guess I’ll lay down here on the floor.
My sister’s pleading, my heart is bleeding,
The baby’s starting to cry some more.
……………………………………………………………….….
If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire
of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness and
your gloom be as the noonday (Isa 58:10)

5. JUST TALKING TO MYSELF
I don’t know what to say or even where to begin
Who am I to complain of where my life hasn’t been?
Look at others who walk through the valley of torment and pain

Take a step or two back and look around at the view
Don’t obsess over only what’s pertaining to you
Maybe someone I know’s having trouble getting out of the rain

Chorus: Everything you do, everything you do
Everything you do let’s admit it’s true can be selfish
Tell me what to do, tell me what to do
Tell me what to do for what I pursue would be foolish

Listen once in a while to what others can say
Do they all need to know what you do day to day?
Yea, I know I should learn to be silent and hear other’s speaking

You have to deal with the fact your attention is skewed
You’re in need of a change and your outlook renewed
So what is it with me my success is all that I am seeking?

Chorus

Well you have heard of the man who had nothing to gain
Yet he came to the aid of the blind and the lame
Even laid his life down asking only we love one another

He’s an example for you how to live with your mind
Never focused on only what enjoyment you’ll find
I can turn it around start to think of my neighbour and brother

Chorus
………………………………………………………………..
Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to Yahweh.
For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged
(Lam 3:40, 1Co 11:31).

6. WHAT TWO WORLDS DIVIDE
The snow is as white as the sins of the saints ’ill be
It hangs on the trees like a fluffy, cotton canopy
It glides to the earth with such grace to its destiny
So why do I stand here and sigh?

The sun is as strong as our only bright and morning star
The sky is as deep and as blue no matter where you are
The moon is so quiet and so near yet it seems so far
Then why do I sit here and cry?

Chorus: Cause I can’t save even one of them
I can’t be by their side
I will pray for a sudden end,
When our two worlds collide

The boys and the girls of our town have it pretty rough
It’s always a chore making sure they all have enough
A cell phone, an iPod and all of the other stuff
It makes me want to sit back and sigh

There’s a boy who is crippled and disfigured with leprosy
A girl they abuse and then sell into slavery
A child’s swollen belly it’s all so unsavory
It makes me want to lay down and cry

Chorus

We must always be thankful for a life that is bountiful
Teach daughters and sons to become more accountable
Our deeds and our thoughts we will all be responsible
We just don’t have to sit here and sigh

We were not left alone to take care of the universe
Help is on the way for Yahshua will lift the curse
Don’t wait till you’re driving away in a shiny hearse
For he is here to answer your cry

For he can save everyone of them,
He will stand by their side
He will bring to a sudden end
What our two worlds divide
………………………………………………………………..…
For he is our peace, who has made us both one, and has broken

down the dividing wall of hostility (Eph 2:14).

7. WHAT WE HAVE
I set out on a journey one day
Early in the morn as Papa mowed the hay
Had to get away from the neighborhood
It was dragging me down from where I stood
Young as I was I made up my mind
Bigger things for me were in line

Everyone waved to me as I went
For none of them knew of my discontent
I wandered around from city to town
Living it up and playing it down
I never had a thought of my past
Or how long the good times would last

Chorus: What we want is never what we have
What we have we never want
Don’t long for what some others take pride in
To swagger over and flaunt

Back on the farm my mama and dad
Worked a little harder with what they had
Never did the two of them complain
Or look for someone else to blame
But in their hearts was a longing pain
Would they ever see him again

Now things for me were looking really good
When one night a semi landed on my hood
Woke up on a bed in the ICU
With my mood on the south side of dark blue
With both of my legs gone in the crash
The fun vanished in a flash

Chorus

I knew I was the one to blame
All I had to show was a life of shame
Left on the street in a wheelchair
I opened my soul as I cried in prayer
Then Yahweh showed me I should return
To the love I once had spurned

I couldn’t have known the reception I’d get
But what I saw I question yet
All of the neighbors with a banner held high
And Mom and Dad having a real good cry
Our son was lost but now he’s found
And here love is all around

Chorus
………………………………………………………….…
For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost,
and is found.' And they began to celebrate (Luke 15:24).

8. SING OUT
Living by faith can be trying it’s true
But our hope is founded on him
Don’t let your doubts build up on you
When at times the light’s glowing dim

Chorus: Sing out like you used to do at the start
Praise him from all of the joy in your heart
Worship him with every fiber of your being
And don’t even stop when his face you have seen

Over the years we stumble and fall
Seems the world is setting the pace
But each time we cry out he answers our call
Fight the good fight and finish the race

Chorus

See how the idols of this world are praised
And they probably wouldn’t give you a dime
Yahshua has died for us and now is raised
So worship like you mean it this time

Chorus
……………………………………………………………………….
Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and
wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing (Rev 5:12).

9. A PRISONER’S LETTER
Chorus: Why won’t you leave me alone, why won’t you let me go home?
I am tired of crying and I’m weak from trying to hold out all on my own
Why won’t you let me go home, why won’t you leave me alone?
I am cold and dreary and my mind is weary with an ache deep down in my bones

Well I don’t know what I should do or even how’ta get outta this place
But I sure hope others will save my brothers from this danger they may face
They say I can’t teach using His name although Yahweh’s the name I adore
So I’ll stay here praying ’cause I’m not betraying my Saviour that is for sure

Chorus

All I did was tell them the truth and the truth’s been known to hurt
But they said my error would lead to terror by making others convert
I pray to be stronger and bold, I tell my doubts and fears to be gone
At the times I’m weakest and the outlook’s bleakest He gives me strength to go on

Chorus

They all take their wrath out on me for I’m hated for the sake of His name
Fear not who’ll kill ya but hold on till ya have a crown of life you can claim
I don’t think I have longer to wait for I see a light coming to me
I’ll miss my mother, my father and brother but at last I will be free

Chorus
………………………………………………………………………………………….….
Ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake (Lu 21:17). Fear not them which

kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul (Mt 10:28). And commanded them not

to speak at all nor teach in the name of Yahshua (Ac 4:18).

10. MERCIFUL
Come and pray for His glorious liberty
From all evil men and their iniquity
Many souls are oppressed dreadful fear grips the rest
War and violence is all they can see

Chorus: Set us free, set us free
Break the chains of repression let it be
Send our King back today bring him here don’t delay
Set us free, Merciful, set us free

All creation is waiting with us
In Your promise we faithfully trust
Our redemption is near help us all persevere
When this world turns to ashes and dust

Chorus

All I want is to see peace and joy
Given to each and every girl and boy
When that day does arrive we will laugh, dance and cry
Singing praise with a great joyful noise

Chorus
………………………………………………………………
The creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of
the sons of Yahweh; .. because the creation itself will be
set free from its bondage to decay and obtain the glorious
liberty of the children of Yahweh (Rom 8:19-21).

11. DON’T STOP FROM HEARING
I gave to you all the knowledge you would need
I wrote it there in my book for you to read
I chastened you with a father’s love and care
My grace and mercy are far beyond compare

But now I see very few will read my Word
My faithful servants their pleas all go unheard
To gain the world is your only selfish aim
But what you’ll lose is more then wealth and fame So…

Chorus: Don’t turn away, don’t stop from hearing,
I cannot stay, I’ll soon be gone
Don’t turn away, what’s it you’re fearing
Come now and pray before you see the dawn.

I sent the light into the world so you could see
My only child for to guide you back to Me
He brought my love and he taught you how to pray
He lived a life as an example for today. Now…

Chorus

My son he came as the shepherd for his flock
He healed the blind and the lame were made to walk
No greater love has a man had for his friends
Take up his call before this offer ends And…

Chorus
………………………………………………………………….…
They shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned
unto fables. “The days are coming," says the Sovereign Yahweh,
"That I will send a famine …of hearing the words of Yahweh (2Ti 4:4
& Amos 8:11).

12. SUBMIT
I can’t tell if you are waiting on the roadside for a sign
Or if you have yet decided which way you will take your mind
You can rest assure that one day there will be no give and take
For your time-out will expire and the chance to choose your fate

Many pass you by and beckon telling you which way to go
There are those drifting along depending where the wind will blow
Just be careful of the ones who kindly offer you a ride
’Cause they might not be as they appear once you have stepped inside

Chorus: Crying woe, crying woe
Can’t you hear the struggle happening for your soul?
Crying woe, crying woe
There is someone waiting here to make you whole.

Don’t start thinking a free shuttle will come cruisin’ round the bend
And will take you to a happy place eternity to spend
There’s a long, rough road before you and it’s not yet paved with gold
Thinking otherwise will only find you left out in the cold

So start searching for some answers and begin to look around
Stop pretending nothing’s happening can’t you hear that dreadful sound
It’s the warning you were told of but decided to ignore
Now the past is racing toward us clamoring with a raging roar

Now’s the time for your commitment to a change in how you live
Turn from self absorbed obsession to a place where you can give
Seek to recompense for all the things you know that you have done
And forgiveness for your sins through the blood of Yahweh’s son

Chorus
……………………………………………………………………………….…
I beheld an angel crying with a loud voice, “Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabitants
of the earth.” Submit yourselves therefore to Yahweh. Resist the devil and he
will flee from you (Rev 8:13 & Jam 4:7).
